What can you do to solve a “403 Forbidden error”
1. If the source feed URL is password-protected please go to Options > Edit shop and tick the box for "My feed requires login and password" and provide the access data. If you have already done so, please double-check the data is correct.
2. Click “Update shop” button.
3. It may also happen that your server is blocking our IP address. If that is the case please ask your server’s administrator to whitelist our IP-numbers:
4. Try again and start a new download: Click Options > Refresh products
