Optimizing your data feed for Pricesavvy
is easy. Merchants on Magento, Shopify and numerous other Shopping Carts are using DataFeedWatch to create a feed that is in line with all Pricesavvy feed requirements:
Pricesavvy fields description
Fields with * are required.
The category or product family in which the product belongs. This field will not be displayed but will help with the categorisation of your products into our categories. e.g. Audiovisual > Cameras > Digital camera.
A unique reference code to enable easy identification of the product. The same product should always have the same identification code which should never be given to a different product. 0001, 0002, etc. or A45J.
The product title on your website. CANON PowerShot Digital Camera.
A detailed and clear description of the product. Digital camera, 8.0 megapixels, optical zoom: 3.6 x - memory: MMC, SD.
The price (incl. tax) in GBP of the product on your site. You should use a full stop to seperate the decimals. If the prices are not in GBP, simply add a currency column (see specific fields).
A link to your site where the product can be found by the customer.
A link to the product image. Format GIF, JPG or PNG. This image should not be an animated gif or the logo of your site or company. Images must not include publicity or marketing text.
The total (incl. VAT) of all charges related to the order: delivery charge, postage and packaging, handling fees etc. Please seperate decimals with a full stop.
The availability of the product. A numeric value which will be intepreted in days by default. Enter the number of days until the product will be in stock in your shop. 0 = In stock. 9999= Temporarily out of stock (the product must still be able to be ordered) If the unit is not days, please indicate the unit (accepted values: hours, hour; day, days; week, weeks; month, months). For availability periods with an overlap, please seperate the values with a dash (-). e.g. 48 hours/1-2 weeks.
Maximum delivery time. A numeric value which will be intepreted in days by default. Enter the number of days it will take to deliver the product to the customer from the time the product is in stock in your shop. If the unit is not days, please indicate the unit (accepted values: hour, hours; day, days; week, weeks; month, months). For availability periods with an overlap, please seperate the values with a dash (-). e.g. 24-48 hours.
The length of the product guarantee (or waranty). In years by default. 0 = The product does not come with a guarantee. -2 = The product comes with a lifetime guarantee. If the guarantee is not specified in years, please indicate the chosen unit (accepted units: month, months, year, years).
Official reference given to the product by the manafacturer.
The commercial brand of the product.
European Article Number. This field comprises 13 numbers and corresponds the product's barcode. Completing this field improves the visibility of your products on our sites.
If the price has been reduced (promotion, clearance...) indicate the old product price (incl. VAT) in GBP. The full price must have been previously displayed on your site.
Use the standard 3 letter code ISO 4217. You may check currency codes on the site iso.org.
Indicate if the product is second-hand (1 if the product is second-hand, 0 if the product is new). (Numeric value only).
Indicate the type of promotion which applies to your product (0: products not on sale, 1: product on sale, 2: product with a second mark-down.
If you have specific urls which allow your products to be viewed from a mobile phone, please ensure you make a clear distinction between the mobile_URL des product_URL.
