Upload a data feed from your local drive

Upload a data feed via HTTP

Option 1: Upload a data feed via FTP

  1. Log in to your Shopzilla merchant account.
  2. Go to Manage Listings. Go to Submit &Update Your Product Listing Datafeed.
  3.  Go to Programmatic Upload through FTP.
  4. Download Product Feed Specification.
  5. Create your delivery location.
  6. Note your FTP details. Enter the filename of a data feed and click "Submit".
  7. Wait until your account will be processed. You can check status by clicking “Check status”.
  8. Log into DataFeedWatch. Go to your shop and add new channel.
  9. Enter your FTP details when adding Shopzilla channel.  You can also provide them later by going to Options > Edit channel.
  10. Create a data feed. Make sure that the status is "Mapped".
  11. Go back to your Shopzilla merchant account. Click ”Done”

Option 2: Upload data feed from your local drive

  1. Log into DataFeedWatch. Go to your shop and find Shopzilla. Go to Options –> Download to download data feed to your local drive. Make sure that the status is "Mapped".
  2. Log into your Shopzilla merchant account.
  3. Go to Manage Listings. Go to Submit & Update Your Product Listing Datafeed.
  4. Go to FullList: Upload your product listings all at once according to our Product Listings specifications.
  5. Click “Choose File”. Find your data feed file on your local drive and click "Open". Click “Upload my Listings”.
  6. Click “Commit Listings”.


Option 3: Upload a data feed via HTTP

  1. Log into DataFeedWatch. Go to your shop and find Shopzilla. Click the copy-icon to copy the URL of your feed. Note that the output feed URL is not generated until mapping of the feed is completed.
  2. Log in to your Shopzilla merchant account.
  3. Go to Manage Listings. Go to Submit &Update Your Product Listing Datafeed.
  4.  Go to Programmatic Upload through FTP.
  5. Download Product Feed Specification.
  6. Click the button shown below.
  7. Select HTTP type. Paste the domain, path and filename of your feed and click "Submit". See the example shown below to get instructions on how to extract these details from the URL of your data feed.
  8. Click "Done".
