Upload a data feed from your local drive

Upload a data feed via HTTP 

Option 1. Upload a data feed via FTP

  1. Log into your Shopping.com merchant account
  2. Click “Submit Datafeed”.
  3. Select Option 1: Upload your datafeed to eBay Commerce Network via FTP. Note your FTP details and enter a data feed filename.
  4. Log into DataFeedWatch. Go to your shop and add new channel.
  5. Enter your FTP details when adding Shopping.com channel. You can also provide them later by going to Options > Edit channel.
  6. Create a data feed. Make sure that the status is "Mapped".
  7. Go back to your Shopping.com merchant account. Click “Continue”.
  8. The feed will be now sent to the server automatically every day just after your products are uploaded to our system. You can also always send the feed to the sever outside the schedule by clicking on “upload now” link.


Option 2: Upload a data feed from your local drive

  1. Log into DataFeedWatch. Go to your shop and find Shopping.com. Go to Options –> Download to download a data feed to your local drive. Make sure that the status is "Mapped"
  2. Log into your Shopping.com merchant account
  3. Click “Submit Datafeed”.
  4. Select Option 2: Upload datafeed file from my desktop. Click “Choose file”. Find your data feed file on your local drive and click “Open”. Click “Continue”.

Option 3: Upload a data feed via HTTP

  1. Log into DataFeedWatch. Go to your shop and find Shopping.com. Click the copy- icon to copy the URL of your feed. Make sure that the status is "Mapped".
  2. Log into your Shopping.com merchant account.
  3. Click “Submit Datafeed”.
  4. Select Option 3: Retrieve from my own FTP or HTTP location. Paste the URL of your feed and click “Continue”.
